Based in South Wales, UK, and working worldwide, Lisa Smith specializes in red10’s:

Having won an Army undergraduate bursary at just 17, Lisa attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst after graduation, then enjoyed 10 years as a British Army Officer. Lisa travelled widely during that time designing and delivering soldiers’ education – teaching them how to be effective leaders and trainers. Lisa managed Army Education Centres in Germany and Hong Kong.

Lisa and her family moved to Pembrokeshire in 2002 and, whilst raising a young family, Lisa specialized in equipping emerging leaders with communication skills.

Lisa claims it was Yoga that saved her from postnatal depression in the early noughties, and that connection to body and breath is what inspired her to train as a yoga teacher in 2004.

Over her 30-year career Lisa has honed her many skills in leadership, management, training, and working with body & breath. Lisa has a combined degree in English-French-PE, a commission from Sandhurst, and is qualified in Ayurveda and Yoga.

Lisa runs a successful Wellbeing Centre in St Davids where she offers Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Wellbeing Retreats.
