What is the GC Index®

The GC Index®, is a digital Organimetric, which measures five different ways in which people are inclined to make an impact and contribution at work. It calls these different ways, ‘proclivities’, and describes them in a language and framework that is simple, effective and outcome driven.  The GC Index® is scalable, reliable and adaptable, but most of all it creates a level playing field where everyone can contribute and make a positive impact.

What does the The GC Index® look like?

They help you to recognise whether you are naturally ideas focused, or task focused.

Game Changers

Game Changers are people that generate ideas and possibilities that have the potential to be transformational.

Strategists

Strategists are individuals who see the future. They engage others with a clear direction that brings focus to action.

Play Makers

Play Makers focus on getting the best from others, individually and collectively, in support of agreed objectives.

Implementers

Implementers are the individuals who get things done. As leaders they shape strategic plans and deliver tangible outcomes.

Polishers

Polishers create a future to be proud of. They focus on making things better, continual improvement, and the pursuit of excellence.

How does that help me?
