Rachel Nuttall

Rachel’s passion is helping leaders be at their best. She has over 15 years of real life, experience in senior leadership roles across commercial, operational and Learning and Development environments. The majority of Rachel’s corporate career was spent in the UK, leading large teams at Vodafone and Marks and Spencer.

Through the Henley Business School, Rachel built on her real-life experience leading teams and qualified as a Business Coach. She has a powerful combination of commercial, operational and people experience. Rachel is also qualified in several psychometric tools, Strength Deployment Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and is an NLP practitioner. She brings all of this experience and technical knowledge to her work with teams.

Rachel also brings 8 years retail experience specialising in Customer Experience and Employee Engagement. She helps organisations going through culture change, identify and improve Key Performance Indicators in both areas. She has a passion for individual and team development. Rachel is an experienced consultant working at Board Level helping organisations understand customer experience, plan for improvement and track progress made

Recent assignments include working with a large UK company with 72,000 employees and 5,000 leaders, to help them identify the key skills required for Leaders to drive the business over the next 5-10 years. Rachel was key gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders and in rolling out the designed programme across the country to the leadership community.

She emphasises the sustainability of all the development workshops she runs – encouraging leaders to transition from the skill sets they practise in the workshops, to embedding these new found skills in their everyday work with their teams.
