Wendy Oliver

Since 1994, Wendy has supported executives, teams and organisations to achieve and excel in their aims through delivering bespoke development solutions, which capitalise on and values people potential.

She is an Executive Coach and team facilitator to Senior leaders. She is also a Coach Supervisor, trains executives to be more effective leaders and coaches and supports organisations in creating empowering coaching cultures.

Wendy’s strong belief in people makes her an enthusiastic and inspiring coach who has an intuitive, supportive yet challenging and motivational style. She uses a range of leadership tools and creative coaching methodologies in order to help teams / individuals identify and take the necessary steps to achieve their vision, purpose, values and objectives. Her ability to build rapport and trust quickly allows others to open up, capitalise on their strengths, challenge their beliefs and behavior, access their motivation and energy, step out of their comfort zones, be at their best and achieve their true potential.

Wendy is an Assessor for, Member of and is an accredited (Master Executive Coach) by the professional body the Association for Coaching (AC) and abides by their code of ethics.

In 2010 she returned to industry as Global Head of Talent & Culture for one of Europe’s fastest growing online technology companies. Reporting to the CEO, she built the talent team and forged the strategic direction for recruitment, organisational development, HR and culture worldwide. She held the position for a year before returning to running her business.

Prior to 1994, Wendy gained her strong commercial acumen, understanding of organisational dynamics and results oriented approach, building and managing sales teams, securing new business and managing key accounts in the pharmaceutical and IT arenas.

Additionally to her professional work, Wendy is passionate about the success of young people and works with them on a voluntary basis. Projects include: coaching 15-year-old boys who are on the verge of expulsion and are underachieving; facilitating school enterprise projects and being a leadership mentor for University students.
