Hazel has worked both in the UK and globally with a range of organisations, including AstraZeneca, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Barclays and Muller. She has shaped learning/people strategies and aligned them to business objectives. As someone who is passionate about developing people and learning she enjoys seeing the outcomes realised through increased motivation, performance and business results.
Hazel’s focus as a consultant are:
- Coaching Executive members as well as potential and existing senior leaders in organisations; facilitating different perspectives to deliver successful outcomes for both individuals and business
- Facilitation of Executive and Senior leadership teams to drive more effective ways of working whilst shaping Business Strategies
- Leading and implementing global and UK wide learning projects; for example, introducing a global mentoring scheme, creating a programme to increase capability in Operational Efficiencies and Digital Capability across the UK to reach 55,000 people to deliver improved business results
- Consult, design, deliver and evaluate Leadership programmes at all levels in organisations. Presented at the CIPD L&D show in May 2017 on business savings made following delivery of a leadership programme
Hazel has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and, following a desire to learn more about business completed a MBA from Loughborough University. She is qualified to administer and give feedback in a range of Psychometric tools from MBTI (Levels 1 & 2), OPQ32, 16PF, Work Motivation and has Level B Intermediate Plus Qualifications with the British Psychological Society. Hazel is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD), qualified to facilitate Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II Experience and has studied and practiced Mediation Skills.
Away from work Hazel is a keen runner and has completed several half marathons and one full marathon (raising money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital).
