Based in Manchester, UK, Sarah works with teams globally, face-to-face or virtually.
An Accredited FIRO®-B Practitioner, a GC Index® GCologist and a red10 Team Effectiveness Coach, Sarah specialises in helping teams with:
- Complex decision making
- Agile approaches
- Organizational change
- Collaboration skills
Before joining red10 in 2017, Sarah enjoyed over 25 years in AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, working across manufacturing operations and drug development. Roles included the leadership of global drug development teams and heading departments within clinical development. It was at AstraZeneca that Sarah became passionate about how the teams she led and was part of could achieve high performance. Seeing the difference that a team coach could make inspired her to join red10 and become accredited in using the 9-Dimensions® framework to coach teams herself.
Sarah holds a degree in Natural Sciences and a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Cambridge. A passion for science has motivated her working life and now she also tutors young people to convey that enthusiasm and help to create the scientists of the future.
In her spare time, Sarah is a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader, volunteering with a Duke of Edinburgh Award Centre supporting over 120 young people each year, leading the Gold section and training expedition teams.
