Based in Guildford, Surrey, but working worldwide, Claudia brings a new dimension to red10‘s services – helping organisations to make diversity work for them.
It all begins by exploring how equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) support the organisation’s strategy and objectives. Next, there’s a look at establishing data – ‘quant and qual’ – representation figures as well as lived experience, to paint a picture of where things are now and provide a reference for where they will be in future.
From developing EDI strategies, to re-designing talent management practices that mitigate bias, she delivers interventions that release energy and unleash potential of people from under-represented groups.
Claudia’s consulting practice follows a corporate career with more than 26 years at Unilever plc, working in HR on global expertise teams as well as business partnering global €bn businesses. Certified in MBTI, Firo-B, TKI and SDI, she brings a calm yet enthusiastic consulting style that instils confidence in clients, in areas that might at first seem challenging and daunting. Clients also discover that she holds to the adage ‘what gets measured gets done’ and that she’s a trained meeting facilitator who maximises participation and efficiency.
Claudia is also an external Governor at the University of Portsmouth, where she heads both the People & Culture and the Remuneration Committees.
Home is shared with her partner Paul, where the extended family tell stories of sumptuous pre-Covid meals that never seemed to end, ideally with all four grandbabies either splashing in the paddling pool or being read a story by their “Danma”. She’s looking forward to the time when it will all resume….
