Handling Difficult Conversations - 1 day

We all face situations in which we have to hold conversations we anticipate may be ‘difficult'. Different personalities find different conversations challenging.

Based upon the real examples of delegates, this one day workshop will build insight and confidence and new strategies for helping all parties involved find their way to satisfactory outcomes in difficult discussions.

Using the principles of Transactional Analysis, delegates will learn how ‘manage' a conversation in a way that minimises emotional responses and maximises productive outcomes.
