Richard Holroyd

Richard is an integral part of the red10 team bringing his experience in sales, marketing, creativity and coaching.

Starting his career in architecture, he led several large hospital building projects including the largest hospital building project in Europe. Making a complete career change he moved into sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. As national sales manager at Searle Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoWelcome, he recruited and developed 3 highly successful sales forces and he spearheaded a groundbreaking initiative bringing about closer customer collaboration.

Richard has 15 years experience of consulting, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams within the financial, pharmaceutical, IT and public health sector.

Within the red10 team, he supports red10 workshop leaders, writes articles and is the magic behind the red10 Team Effectiveness Surveys.
