Our 2 to 4 hours Seminars and ‘Tasters' offer insight into a particular topic coupled with some immediately applicable skills and knowledge.
In order to ensure real value in a short timeframe, the number of participants is restricted to a maximum of 8, with the exception of our ‘Around the Table' seminars where participant numbers are restricted to 6. Either format can be provided in house or as an open programme.

1. CONNECTING WITH GROUPS - 4 hours
In this 4-hour seminar, we examine the art of connecting with groups - as a team leader, as a presenter or as someone needing to influence a group's decision-making. Participants will consider what ‘connection' really means and why it is so often lost in communication. Participants will have the opportunity to examine how communication works and how to develop the skills of connection.

2. IMPACT AND PRESENCE - 3 hours
Making an impact at every opportunity is what this seminar is all about. Participants will be lead through a series of exercises in this half-day. You will understand how nerves and posture can affect impact and quickly learn how to use your voice as a tool for engaging any audience.

3. DESIGNING A MEMORABLE PRESENTATION - 2 to 3 hours
Whether you have a particular presentation in mind or whether you would just like to know how to make all your presentations more memorable, this half day will help you. The group will examine the art of story-telling and why this is the most effective way to ensure your audience absorbs your message. You will be given a quick, simple methodology for designing your very next presentation in an impactful way.

4. GIVING AN IMPORTANT PRESENTATION - 3 hours
If you are preparing for a particularly significant presentation and would like some personalised support, we can offer you one-to-one advice, guidance and coaching.

5. 'AROUND THE TABLE' - with other Leaders - 4 hours
If you would benefit from some different thinking and ideas on the leadership challenges you are facing, you will benefit from participation in this 3.5-hour seminar. The seminar is facilitated by one of the Red 10 team with considerable experience of teaching leadership and developing leadership thinking. Participation is restricted to 6 leaders and the mix of participants carefully managed.
6. 'AROUND THE TABLE' - with other first time line managers - 3 hours
If you would benefit from some different thinking and ideas on the challenges you are facing as a new line manager, in a confidential environment, with others in the same situation, you will benefit from participation in this 3.5-hour seminar. The seminar is facilitated by one of the Red 10 team who has many years successful line management experience.

7. MAKING POSITIVE CAREER CHOICES - 4 hours
If you or your people are at a crossroads in terms of their career choices, this taster will offer some different thinking about how to make the next step the right one. Participants will gain insight through Archetypes and MBTITM to begin to identify the kind of work at which they might excel.
8. AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT... 4 hours
Have you ever asked yourself; 'Why do I keep doing that?' or 'How do I keep getting myself into this situation?'. Using Archetypes, this taster is an opportunity to begin to explore the unconscious patterns driving behaviour at a personal, team or organisational level.
9. WORKING IN A GLOBAL MATRIX - 3 hours
More and more people find themselves working on projects that are cross functional and across borders. This taster will give you insights into project team Purpose, Decision Making, Ways of Working and Influencing without Authority.
10.TEAM EFFECTIVENESS - 3 hours
What was the best and worst team you have ever worked in?
In this seminar, we share the insights we've gleaned from coaching hundreds of teams and from being immersed in the latest research into what makes teams great.
In addition, you will get the opportunity to benchmark your current team's effectiveness, to create a personal toolkit of techniques that will rival that of world-class team coaches and to create an action plan using Red10‘s 9-Dimensions framework.
