In which specialist areas can you offer expertise?
I have particular expertise in the areas of team working, team effectiveness, team start ups, team building and in taking a group of people on the journey to what it means to be a team. My expertise is grounded in considerable theory as well as practice.
How have you acquired this expertise?
I have coached over 100 project, leadership and virtual teams and I have introduced Team Effectiveness Frameworks to two 10,000+ employee organisations. I have also taken more than 500 leaders through their Strengths Finder results to help them find ways of playing to their strengths as team leaders and team members. I have steeped myself in this area of people development for the last 5-years. All of this culminated in being interviewed by The Times on best practice for Team Effectiveness.
What might a typical mentoring session look like?
Typically, clients will complete the Strengths Finder questionnaire before a mentoring session. We use the results as the foundation of the discussion. We then go on to look at the team challenges in question and consider their importance and how to tackle them based upon our 9 Dimensions frameworks.
