I have a broad experience across the public and private sectors. I am able to offer coaching and mentoring at operational, tactical and strategic levels having worked in a national and international arena as a coach and facilitator designing and delivering bespoke learning products successfully.
What might a typical mentoring session look like?
I believe that the strength of the individual is the key to the success of all people and in any mentoring session the answer invariably lies within, and so by setting goals, examining the current situation, exploring options and then setting actions, the mentoree embarks on a self generated plan which they then pursue with ownership and enthusiasm. Advice can then be offered based on sound parameters and current circumstances.
