In which specialist areas can you offer expertise?
I have a wealth of experience in marketing and sales and I particularly enjoy working with people and teams to turn strategy into operational excellence.
How have you acquired this expertise?
During my early career, I held roles at every level from representative to UK Executive Team member with major pharmaceutical companies.
I have a track record of developing great brands and creating and leading teams of brand champions.
What might a typical mentoring session look like?
The mentee is encouraged to think out loud about a specific opportunity/challenge. This is examined in terms of what is good and what is not perfect yet. Options are developed and the mentee will be supported and challenged to commit to the behaviours and actions that will improve their performance, learning or enjoyment at work.
