Dee Ramsayer

Based in the North West, UK, and working throughout the UK and Europe, Dee is an empathetic Leadership and Personal Development coach with over 20 years' experience.

In 1977, she became the first woman to join the Naval Operation's branch. It was while seconded to the London Recruitment Office, selecting and developing potential officers, that she discovered her love for helping people achieve their potential.

After a 12 year long successful career in the Navy, Dee joined the process consulting company, Kepner-Tregoe. Her role here ranged from leading client-based performance improvement projects to training trainers to deliver workshops such as Analytic Trouble Shooting, People and People Management.

In 1996, Dee left K-T to undertake further study - the MSc in Change Agents Skills at Surrey university. She was subsequently invited by the then CEO of ICI Acrylics to be their Global Organisation Development Consultant and Senior Team Facilitator.

An accredited coach, Dee is also certified in Attitudinal Therapy and in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator^TM. Since 1998, she has been successfully designing and delivering bespoke development solutions.

Dee recently joined the Welsh Assembly Government's "Dynamo" scheme as a mentor for young entrepreneurs.
