Meeting first with the team leader, your Team Coach will build up a bespoke 2-day workshop based upon Red 10's 9 Dimensions Framework. The coach will identify which Dimensions need most attention to help the team get off to a flying start. Some of the questions we'll be asking are:
What is the identity of this team? Where does it fit in the bigger picture of the division or organisation?
Is a vision already in place? If so, how compelling is that vision?
What natural strengths lie within the team and how can they best be utilised?
What are the stated ‘must wins' for this team?
