Pharmaceutical sector - Creating a shared vision

A Main Board Global IT group were unsure of how to move, as a team, from having national focus to a more global view. We designed and facilitated a three-day workshop to support them in creating a shared vision and agreeing the required shift in their leadership capability to bring about the vision.

Global Supply Chain - Creating a strategy for change

We conducted research into the current state of the Global Logistics function of a FTSE top 50 company and its readiness for change. We interviewed a series of customers as well as members of the Global logistics team. The results were then presented to the Global Logistics Leadership Team as part of a 2 day event we facilitated. The outcome of the event was a strategic plan for change.

Board of Household name Charity - Creating shared values

The Board of a household name charity was facing major challenges to the highly-visible and politically sensitive commercial aspects of their work. The Board was made up of eminent individuals with public profiles from diverse backgrounds. Working with the Chairman, we designed and facilitated a process to enable the board to identify the blocks to their ability to make decisions and to agree a business strategy for growing the impact and value of the charity's work.

Retail sector - Defining purpose and strategy

The CEO of a start-up business within a FTSE top 50 company - with a new board from a wide range of industries - recognised that the board was not achieving its potential and that bringing them together to act as one team was critical to the company's future. After interviewing each board member, we designed and facilitated a 5-day event to enable the CEO and his board to re-define their purpose, goals and to design a strategy for achieving them. The meeting was also designed to develop effective leadership within the board and to begin the process of building an effective leadership team.

Administration team - Fortune 100 - Delivery turnaround

An administrative unit within a Fortune 100 company was failing its internal customers. The members of the unit were not working well together, operated in silos and endured a negative culture. We facilitated the team through a series of half day workshops to bring the group together as a cohesive unit as well as coaching the head of the team. Within 12 months, the unit had won an internal company-wide award for outstanding delivery.

Global HR Team - Common global purpose

The senior members of a global HR team needed to come together to agree common ways of working and to determine how to shape their global community into a more collaborative operation. Following interviews with each member of the team and some key customers, we designed and facilitated a three day event to clarify the overall future vision for the role of HR.

IT Project Managers - Building resilience

We facilitated a series of workshops for 30 middle managers in a commercial environment undergoing a merger to instil a resilient approach to and readiness for change.
