Our philosophy
You are the expert on the challenges you face. We are experts in helping to uncover the right solutions for you within the context of your business. We believe that whilst skills and qualifications are important for good coaching, great coaching depends upon sound judgement, relationship and business insight.
Our coaching is non-directive, client-focused and aims to create lasting shifts in thinking and behaviour in addition to increased performance.
Whilst coaching you to achieve your goals, you can expect us to help build your self-esteem and confidence along the way - to help you connect with your talents and strengths and create more focus for the results you want.
Our code of ethics
Standards matter - a lot. Alongside our values, we have a code of ethics to which all our coaches and mentors are required to adhere.
Our coaching process
The GROW model underpins the red 10 coaching process ensuring a solution-oriented approach and an early discussion on goals. Our focus is on strengths and the removal of barriers to growth - building confidence and self-esteem and enabling great performance and achievement.
We use a range of psychometric tools and, when their use is appropriate, we are careful to select the right one for you. We encourage the gathering and early analysis of 360 feedback wherever possible to ensure that your coaching goals are based on an all-round picture of current reality.
Our mentoring process
Our mentors offer highly-specialised skills and knowledge. Whilst their work is still grounded in coaching principles, mentors offer the benefit of their experience and skills to support their client's personal goals, projects and business challenges.
Our mentors work one-to-one with clients and can also bring their expertise to bear at team meetings or can provide an input presentation. A short telephone discussion with the mentor will determine the best approach for you.
