Red 10 - What's in a name?
Our name is inspired by the professionalism of the British RAF Display team, the Red Arrows. Many people around the world are familiar with the 9 Hawk jets of the Red Arrows team.
But fewer people are aware that there is a 10th plane. The individual who pilots that plane is called 'Red 10'. Red 10 plays a critical support role to the display team both in the air and on the ground.
The analogy with our role is very appropriate. We are not the main act, our client is the main act. Our role is to support the leaders and teams we coach to maximise their strengths, help them to get the best from each other and to put in great performance. Hence our name - Red 10 People Development.
Why Red 10?
At Red 10, we require high standards of excellence from our people. Each of our coaches and facilitators, for example, must have a minimum of 10 years coaching or facilitation experience coupled with a track record of success in their previous field. Many of our people have been working in the field of human development for over twenty years.
Our people pride themselves in their knowledge and first-hand experience from a variety of disciplines including business, the arts and the military.
